All website payments are processed through Stripe or Paypal only.
All mobile payments at events are processed through Square, via the card reader.
You do not need an account with Paypal to check out through Femme Fatale Handbags, just a debit or credit card. Upon check out, you will be directed through the Femme Fatale Paypal check out process. We use this process to keep all of our customer’s information safe and secure.
All California residents will be charged sales tax.
S H I P P I N G & R E T U R N S
All items are made for you, at the time your order is placed. Please understand typical production time is 4 weeks but may take up to 8 weeks for construction and delivery of an order. Orders are completed on a "first come, first served" basis. Please email us for an estimated production time, if needed. Need something fast? Please email us for a list of what we currently have in stock. The link is on the front page of our website.
Shipping: All shipping is done through USPS Priority & First Class Mail. Once your order has shipped you will be provided with a tracking number. Purses are shipped USPS Priority Mail & have deliverability time of 2-3 days with-in the United States. Accessories are shipped USPS First Class Mail & have a deliverability time of 3-5 days with-in the United States.
International orders are welcome, please contact us in advance for a quote on shipping charges. International customers will be responsible for any import taxes, duties and fees. Femme Fatale Handbags is not responsible for shipping delays caused by customs.
Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Please make sure your address is correct. Femme Fatale Handbags is not responsible for any additional shipping charges due to a returned shipment or a shipment that needs to be re-sent.
Returns: It is our goal to insure that each and every one of our customers loves their purchase. If you are unsatisfied with your item, we will be more than happy to exchange it for you. We ask that you please contact us with-in 3 days of the delivery date of the item to start the exchange process.
Exchanges will only be accepted if they are postmarked with-in 7 days after the delivery date. All items must be in original unused condition, in any form of original packaging, with tags attached. There must be no signs of wear, including any odors, such as cigarette smoke, perfume, animal odors, etc... NO EXCEPTIONS. Femme Fatale Handbags is not responsible for any return shipping costs. Exchanges will not be honored on any custom order.
